Apple introduced their most recent range of smartphones, which includes four new iPhone 16 models, a larger and redesigned Apple Watch Series 10, a new set of AirPods, and more.

Apple introduced its yearly releases for mobile devices at an event at its Cupertino, California, headquarters. The lineup consists of a new AirPods model, an Apple Watch Series 10 with a larger screen and a new design, four new iPhones 16 with Apple Intelligence, and more.

The iPhone 16 and 16 Plus, which Apple claims was “built from the ground up” for Apple Intelligence, were unveiled. Apple refers to the new capacitive button on the side of the iPhone 16 as the “Camera Control” since it makes taking pictures and recording films easier. There’s a new touch-sensitive Camera Control button. To take a picture, simply press the Camera Control, and to change the zoom level, slide your finger along the Camera Control. Additionally, Apple is introducing new tools for visual artificial intelligence that are easily accessed via the Camera Control.
The mute switch on the iPhone 16 will be replaced with the action button, which was previously only available on the iPhone 15 Pro. The iPhone 16 Plus boasts a 6.7-inch display, while the iPhone 16 has a 6.1-inch screen. The A18 chip, which powers both phones, is up to 30% faster than the A16 Bionic chip found in the iPhone 15.In addition, the phones include a larger battery and a new 48-megapixel camera with four times the resolution of the iPhone 14. Starting at $799 and $899, respectively, the iPhone 16 and 16 Plus come with 128 GB of storage as standard. An iPhone 16 is available for purchase starting this Friday.

California’s Cupertino, Today, Apple launched the Apple Watch Series 10, which has an improved look and new features that increase the power, intelligence, and sophistication of the most well-known watch in the world. The Apple Watch Series 10 boasts the largest, most sophisticated display of any Apple Watch and is the thinnest model yet, making it more comfortable than before. In addition, watchOS 11 offers new health and fitness insights and intelligence, faster charging, temperature and depth sensors in water, and notifications for sleep apnea.
The aluminum and titanium versions of the Apple Watch Series 10 come in a wide range of gorgeous hues and finishes. The latest polished aluminum finish, called jet black, is notably sleek and reflective, and the titanium cases, which come in slate, gold, and natural hues, sparkle like beautiful jewelry.
Additionally, the Apple Watch Series 10 offers new methods for tracking exercise. With the addition of a Tides App and additional depth and water temperature sensors, the Apple Watch fitness app can now track routes and rowing activity for kayakers, canoeists, and rowers. According to Apple, the Apple Watch Series 10 will be able to notify wearers when they may have sleep apnea, a condition that can cause breathing to stop while they are asleep. According to Apple, the ailment affects over 1 billion people globally.
According to the firm, 80% of cases of sleep apnea go undiagnosed. An accelerometer is used by Apple’s Series 10 to monitor breathing irregularities during sleep, and the data is analyzed every 30 days. Apple stated that a large dataset was used in the development of this function, and the company anticipates receiving approval from the FDA and other authorities “very soon.”
On September 20, the Apple Watch Series 10 will be on sale. It is available for preorder starting on Monday. The starting price is $399. Starting with cellular, it costs $499.
